It is going to look great with new carpet and all the new paint!!! Hopefully everyone will come visit our new little house!!
In other news I started weight watchers again, yes again. This time I had to be serious. With all my "digestive" problems I needed some drastic change. For those who don't know I have adhesion's on my colon that they did not remove and this is causing PAIN when my food is digesting. So I cut out dairy, gluten, processed sugar, and beef. The first week was hard but soooo worth it! I lost 7.8lbs in the first week!!! I feel 80% better! I say 80% because i still have minor problems with digesting/gas and I still have the nerve damage pain. My pain has improved for the better. You can't even imagine how much pain your colon can cause you!!! I am walking a little every day and going to Physical Therapy every other week and that is helping too. I mean my sister in law Keri has lost over 50lbs doing this same diet plan. It is easy when you have someone to help guide you through what "alternatives" you can have. You may think "how can you do it without eating bread/gluten?" Well gluten is only found in white or wheat flour so I can have all the other flours like Rice flour. You would be surprised how many items you can buy that are gluten free. Me and Keri have gluten free waffles with real fruit spread for dessert almost every night. It is just sweet enough to hit the spot. We have also had gluten free pizza. How? We get gluten free pizza shells then add garlic, goat cheese (we only eat goat cheese), chicken, onions and other veggies. We even had a bbq chicken pizza with sugar free bbq sauce. It is soooo good. Better even then the old pizza i use to eat. I mean we are eating healthy and that is always going to be a challenge in this "fast food" world we live in. It takes time and effort but believe me it is worth it! Your body will thank you and everyone else will notice how good you feel and look!!!!
